I have dealt with Tom Harris in Penticton and they have always been helpful and always dealt with my needs. When I moved down to the lower mainland I needed device care to be added to one of my phones and 1 dealer refused to do it, even after speaking to a customer service rep so I decided I would contact a Tom Harris dealer, which happened to be at this particular location and they had no issues with putting my device care on my new phone. I totally recommend this Tom Harris store or any.
