Melissa and I want to give our support to BC Canine and staff for all the great care they have given our dog over the last 4 years. They have cared for her numerous times while we have traveled and we always feel safe leaving her in their care. Keep up the good work folks.

My wife and I have used BC Canine for training our 3 year old Staffy as he was getting far too aggressive for us to handle and we were becoming worried. We picked him up after a 2 week program and were trained ourselves. Our Staffy is a new dog, or should I say we are new owners because we and the dog are now communicating on the same page. Great results and we feel much more confident with our dog now. thanks you. Well recommended by our friends .

BC Canine trained our very aggressive German Shepherd who we were almost ready to get rid of because we could not handle her. they did amazing job and turned not only our dog but us around to be able to have a great obedient relationship with her now. Great place.

i have been boarding my dog here over the past two years and have enjoyed watching the trainer work with dogs and people when I pick up and drop off my dog. I am always amazed at how people bring their "out of control" dogs in for an assessment and within minutes the trainer has more control and attention from the dog than the owners. I also see how some people are resistant to let go of their notions about dog behaviour and obedience and resist being told they might be doing something wrong bec

We have had only ...

We have had only excellent experiences with both our german shepherd and our bulldog each time they've boarded at BC Canine while we've been out of town. Our dogs seem to really enjoy the socialization and exercise they receive while boarding. Our german shepherd was first brought to Phil as an excitable puppy and he was able to train her to respond to simple commands that translate well within our family. She is now a well behaved 2 1/2 year old and enjoys being walked on a leash.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

I purchased a German Shepherd puppy from BC Canine Training Centre in Richmond in December 2011. The puppy has a heart condition called Ventricular Premature Contractions, which means he could be drop dead any time. Of course we didn't know that until we took him to a vet to get him neutered. Now I can't even neuter him and he has to go through expensive tests and medications. I try to reach BC Canine to get some kind of support. I left three messages and after they ignored me for three weeks, they finally e-mailed me; " We do not have any guarantees on the puppies that where sold from bc canine." I have never heard any kennel businesses won't reimburse some or all of the money for selling an unhealthy puppies. What a shame. They do bad business on breeding dogs, then who knows they must do bad business on training or boarding too!!
