Be weary of free 'soil' dropped on your land. Instead of the soil I was promised, he dumped gravel with small boulders and plastic waste. He didn't listen when I told him to leave a spot for the natural pond and now the water flows over the gravel driveway. He's been given 6+ months to come fix the issue, but he just yells at me on the phone. He came once to clean some of the visible garbage but didn't bring the excavator to fix the water problem.
