Staff has no respect for your time. You will get lied to about wait times. Lost an entire day of work for what I was told would be a 45 minute wait.

Waitied 3 and a half hours to get a prescription refilled. Don't go here , staff is rude and it's too busy for them too handle.

Avoid.

Not recommended for serious medical help. Generally this is a nice clinic; new, clean, bright. However, my family has had issues with service provided by the doctors. In general it is very difficult to get staff on the phone. And when it comes to medical advice we've found the staff indifferent. It might be ok for a walk-in, but avoid this for you family doctor. My wife is pregnant and the service she's received here has been very disappointing to say the least.

Nice downtown clinic!

This is a nice little clinic just outside of the downtown bustle. Dr. Nichol has been very helpful and the staff are nice. Overall, the place has a very clean look and feel. Like all medical clinics, the wait can be a bit of a bore, but it's nothing unreasonable. Women looking for paps often need to book weeks in advance, so keep this in mind. :)
