Located in Vancouver's Kerrisdale neighbourhood, Monaliza’s Fine Lingerie & Hosiery is truly a family owned and operated business. Rahima Shahban and her husband Mo first opened the shop in 1995. Today, their three adult daughters – Faizah, Shafia and Shenaz – share their mother’s enthusiasm for Monaliza’s garments and take an active role in running the store while pursuing their own personal and career goals.

Respected for its excellent customer service and gorgeous selection of women's lingerie and sleepwear, Monaliza's attracts customers from near and far. In fact, international customers will often drop in to shop when they are in town.

“Going the extra mile sets up apart," Rahima says with a smile. "We have showed up at the chapel to help brides get into their corsets and we’ve even made deliveries to panicked customers at the airport!”

    First, let me sta...

    First, let me start by saying I am really hard to fit. I spent hours getting fitted on granville st and just up the street from these guys. I never saw them until I went to the new Shoppers. Ive never had people be SO nice to me when I told them I didn't bring my wallet! They also seemed pretty confident (bit over confident) that they "always" get hard to fit people. So I went back (from DT) to check em out. I left with six bras. I am happy (so is my husband!) Recommend for hard to fit people.
