    My wife and I wen...

    My wife and I went out to visit son and looked at some Condos. No real plan to buy but ended up doing so with the excellent service and advice provided by Brad. He knows the market well. Would recommend using him for the best value in sales or purchases. Mark and MC

    250 characters is not enough room to describe how pleased we were with the overall process of dealing with Brad from conception to completion. I was going to cut and paste a previous letter of reference but ran out of room. There is no one better than Brad, he will look after all your needs and concerns.     If you value honesty, integrity and professionalism, Brad is the realtor you are looking for. Buying or selling a house can be stressful enough without having to deal with a realtor who seems more focussed on themselves rather than you. Brad took all the pain out of looking for a house on the island for me.
