Terrible company to do business with. They bid jobs, then over charge their customers with un justified extras. They are current demanding payment from us for an addition $80,000 due to their own lack of competency in commissioning the project. Their integration team is extremely under qualified and incompetent in performing simple tasks. They will under bid jobs to get them then blow your budget in extras.

Almost 3 thousand...

Almost 3 thousand $$ for a service call is what we paid. Sent someone with no experience and had to call in for backup. I understand new techs need to learn but why do I pay for it??? They did fix our issue. blown fuse. But after 8 hours and 2 guys working on it... why did the fuse blow? That answer I would pay for but they couldn't tell us that. We don't have money to burn like this. Bad value for $$.

The control panel...

The control panels that we ordered arrived several weeks late putting us behind schedule. When the technician arrived to setup the brains behind the panel he came unprepared and mainly complained about the companies management. Two days later a second technician came and the pair spent a couple days just repairing issues from fabrication. In the end we were four weeks behind schedule and were overcharged so greatly that the bill was 30% higher then the next competitive bid we had.
