The taxi service is OK

Just took 2 taxi rides with Trius today. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The first ride was booked the night before and he showed up 5 minutes early which eased my concerns about being on time. The second ride I booked just as I left the dentist’s office. She arrived very promptly and was lovely to chat with. Two very positive experiences!

Person on the switch was rude and unhelpful.

It was storming out and the driver was really nice, drove carefully and had a good conversation.

Trius Taxi is a professional Taxi service going "above and beyond" any taxi available in Fredericton, NB. I was calling from BC to send one for my son needing to catch an early flight home for Christmas. I called Trius and the dispatcher Sharri was a truly an amazing dispatcher. She sent her cab to my son's house and had her driver knock and awake him and safely take him to the airport all under 30 minutes and he boarded his plane with 5 min. to spare. She called him as well as texted me.
