    Several no shows ...

    Several no shows for the pick up , beware Gerry the owner has the gift of gab he can talk you into anything. Cancelled shipment at a cancellation fee of $500 beware. Never got the balance of our prepaid amount of $ 2950 . DO NOT USE !!!! GOOGLE THE NAME ONLINE BEFORE USING......!

    Paid 1679$ to hav...

    Paid 1679$ to have car shipped from Montreal to Vancouver. Car never left Montreal. Stopped answering calls and emails. Money was not reimbursed.

    AutoRail Auto Shipping, the worst possible service

    I was quoted slightly over $2000. to ship my vehicle from Calgary, Alberta to Moncton, New Brunswick. I paid that amount and delivered the car to what was supposed to be their Calgary Agent on June 2nd, 2010. Nobody was at that location and after numberou phone calls, (remember-I've already paid the money) I ended up waiting several hours for an "auto-haulaway" to show up to load the car. On June 19th the date that it was due to be delivered in Moncton, I called AutoRail and was informed the car was in Montreal and they could provide no guaranteed date that it would reach Moncton. I was originally told typical delivery was two weeks, but just to be safe they advised 17 to 19 days. It's now been a month. This is disgraceful service. And I'm still waiting........
