Disgusting coffee full of coffee grinds multiple times. Recently tried a egg McMuffin here and the cheese was half off the sandwhich. Seems like no real management of the staff at this location Won’t be back
I went thru the Drive Thru at 12:30 am Saturday morning . Ordered an extra large coffee and a muffin . I sat in the parking lot eating my muffin . Something was not right . I spit out a large piece of paper like they wrap the muffind in . Mine was all in one piece still .It was about 1/2 inch wide and over an inch long . I showed it to the guy at the drive thru window . All he said was sorry and took it and walked away . Kind of rude I thought . Manager should have dealt with this properly .
Serving two day old muffins. Looks like they freeze them. Went back 3 times asking for a fresh cranberry muffin.if you pay full price you should get it fresh.
Almost everytime in the past several months have I gone through the drive-thru and have to drive up to the wait spots because the order is not ready. I end up waiting on average 7 min for the food while on average four cars drive by with their order and then my order is usually wrong or incomplete. Please stop asking cars to park in the drive thru "wait" spots and just take the time to serve people and do your job
If any McDonalds felt like home, this one does. Good food, great layout, and fairly friendly staff.
