    Best physio clinic in town

    I have been a client of Grant Physiotherapy since 2010 and it was the best decision I ever made. The staff at this clinic are always friendly and personable. I have recommended this clinic to my family, friends and acquaintances. I am truly thankful for all their work and the progress that I’ve achieved by attending Grant Physiotherapy.

    Great place, the ...

    Great place, the staff are great at what they do. They are also very pleasant to be around and very friendly making my experience more tolerable as my healing process continues. I have already recommended them a few times and will do it here as well.

    Physiotherapy

    I attended physiotherapy for three weeks to get help for a few aches/strains. I was very happy after leaving the assessment as the physiotherapist seemed very engaged. I was then very dissapointed when they wanted me to come in everyday of the week for a 5 minute ultrasound treatment and 5 minutes of the physio doing some stretching. I've been to a few physiotherapists in my life and this has been the worst and I don't think it is the physiotherapists fault, but they just don't have the staff to meet the demand. I mean I was waiting around for 15-20 minutes in my treatment room for the physio as they would book appointments over assessments. I don't normally provide reviews, but in this case I did becuase I felt I was being taken advantage of. I work for a good company with great benefits, and they knew this, so asking me to come four times a week for 10 minutes of treatment and charging me $60.00 was very excessive. If I did not have coverage I would be in the hole $600.00.
