Purchased a pair of hearing aides little over 5 years ago. When I went in for a cleaning they refused also refused to adjust the sensitivity since they stated that it's been over 5 years.They were fine when trying to sell me at first. Contacted Costco they were very helpful even though the hearing aides weren't purchased there,they don't have a 5 years rule and your on your own unless of course you purchase new ones.The person in the front desk is very short with their responses and uninterested
