DHL Express Corporate Office and ServicePoint

This company is a complete joke- can't find my parcel that made it out half way around the world gets to its Brampton warehouse and all of a sudden its missing. I would advise EVERYONE to avoid using DHL. Custmer service is joke.

I have ordered a small parcel from Japan in middle of January , it Canadian "shore" expediently, but than DHL Canada stepped in , they have asked from duty fees [paid and accepted] . After that I got several notices that it was delivered to my doorstep ...no avail , then the tracking # disappeared...on March 1st out of blue the Brampton office called , poor connection and slurred fast speech of a lady calling herself Neeta ?Deeta ?, she promised to send a package to me right away.No package ,ye

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. The driver didn't even try ringing the doorbell or call my number thats on file. And even after calling customer service they failed to deliver it. The customer service rep. and the driver clearly didn't care to get the package delivered. Had to decline and have it sent back to China. I needed this package for work as I am flying across the country for work. I called 3 times for them to communicate with the driver. They said the driver will call me and he never did.

I am in the Okanagan, and have been trying to get DHL to deliver a package since they notified me a month ago, DHL is the worst company for following up or providing a contact phone number, they called and said they were going to deliver the parcel the next day, they said they would call first, it's been a month and I still have not heard from them and it is very difficult to get a number to speak to anyone. Horrible delivery company. Horrible.

Is there a minus 0 rating..this company should get one. Cannot deliver my package and I am getting the runaround on answer as to why

The worst courier service ever I will never ship through them again. I will advise everyone not to use them very unprofessional. They did not send me a notification that i was to pay duty. So I left instructions for the package to be left on my front porch because there was duty and I was unaware no one was home they left. Could I get in contact with them I got a whole bunch a run around from different representatives there’s nothing no one could do even though I paid duty 5 mins after he left
