Very shoddy workmanship , empty promises, we have turned to Tarion warranty as a last resort but get little support . Terrible drywall THROUGHOUT the house and garage, “custom” kitchen had no appliances into the 2nd week of occupancy- when they did arrive they were the wrong sizes and lowest quality . They don't give what they promise even when it's stated in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

So far a TEMPORAR...

So far a TEMPORARY 3 stars. I love my home. But after less than two years it has a ceiling water leak, and I have left messages (only voicemail when you call them), and have not yet received a call back after over a week. If I don't hear from them, this will become a one star review. Also, they promised to get me some paint in the colour the home is, for minor touch ups, but they have not delivered on that promise even after I asked many, many times. So, nice home, but so far, service not great.

BUYER BEWARE! Constant lies, delays, lies about the delays - as well as unexpected price increases. Expect well over a year before you see anything to do with your house being built. Save yourself the frustration and headaches dealing with this very unprofessional builder.

Multani Group - New Home Buyers Beware.

After months of delays we have had it and are walking away. They dragged things out for months and finally when things are ready to be officially signed they change the price significantly, go back on their word and previous correspondence, went from 10-12 weeks to build to 20 weeks and then have the nerve to say take it or leave it... well guess what - your first customer for this new development is “LEAVING IT!”. – Kristina G.
