Great staff and great service

Terrible, unprofessional experience. Overcharged

I ordered metal roofing from Vanderlaans to do a tiny house project. Not only did they send incorrect amounts of steel, they also overcharged me $572.08 which was nearly half of my entire bill. Had they not sent enough ridge cap, I would have NEVER found out they overcharged me so much. The customer service in dealing with all of this was also appalling. My family has lived in Carrying Place and Trenton all their lives and we will be letting many local builders know about this.

Terrible Installation and Service

The installation was terrible. After almost a year of calling and trying to get them to come back and fix everything from soffit falling off to leaking eaves troughs and warped facia they finally came. They did not have the proper materials and left. Months later and many more calls and emails they finally came and fixed half the problems when they were suppose to fix everything. I just gave up with this terrible place and have to hire someone else to fix their mess!!

Fantastic Service!

The installation team was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only did they install my new picture window seamlessly, but they even fixed my front door (which wasn't closing properly) before they left. I was thrilled with the quality of service, the professionalism, and the two amazing craftsmen who did the job! Thank you!!!!
