We have occasiona...

We have occasionally ordered from this place for over 10 years, not the greatest but not bad. The last few orders had something wrong every time. Forgot this, forgot that. Soup containers leaking all over the place, blah, blah. This was the last time, we ordered and I specifically said don't forget the soup noodles. Guess what they forgot? They refused to send them so they took the order back. We won't return and wouldn't recommend them.

The value is on the plate!

I come here almost every week for lunch. They have excellent fish and chips for an affordable price.They have a daily special that comes with a drink, coleslaw and a good portion of cod and chips. I have this all the time and i think it makes a great meal for $7. Can't beat that! It's suppose to be a take out place, but they do have seating for the lunch diners. Also, they have a nice variety of chinese food combination dinners. I highly suggest the combo dinner with breaded shrimp and chicken balls, or their lemon chicken combo too. The place is grubby, but the food is on a different level.

I have ordered from this place many times, only...

I have ordered from this place many times, only for my wife who liked their soup. Food was OK but not great for what it costs. This particular order their was something wrong with the chope suey (it smelled bad) and the rice looked like it was re-cooked. I called and spoke to the owner who told me his food was always good and that he tastes everything before serving it. Great, now I find out someone elses fork is in my food. I told him it didn't taste right to me and I was not going to eat it, he more or less said too bad! See ya pal, I'll go somewhere where they care about a customer and serve food that actually has some flavor.

Went for the fish and chips since its just around...

Went for the fish and chips since its just around the corner from us....the place is a hole in the wall, but we constantly see people coming and going!! That is why we decided to try it...well the fish and chips, not the chinese food. The food was great, tasted great, good price but just a lil on the greasy side...will order again this time i will roll my food in paper towel :)

Side entrance, small strip mall, take out Chinese and Fish & Chip spot (I should have known better!). Overly priced, bland, tasteless food. Fast prep time.
