Memory Lane Limousine

Reserved the party bus for a bachelorette party - received two limos instead so had to split everyone up. Then upon 4:30pm pickup, were told they had something come up, which ended up being a wedding and we didnt get picked up until 6:00pm. Also upon getting the 2 limos, there was a garbage bag and empty beer cans left from the last passengers. Owner never picked up his phone and eventually turned it off, so we couldn't get a hold of him.

Brian is amazing! We used him for my bachelorette and my husbands bachelor party. My review is 5 star because the day of my husbands bachelor party the weather was awful it was the ice storm and he came through. We had him for our wedding and what an awesome guy he made sure he was on time, picked up the groom and groomsmen and me and the ladies. At the end of the night he was taking guest to the hotels and even drove me and husband to our house than at the hotel! If you need Limo Service please

Terrible! Limo had no AC on the hottest day of the year. Owner was annoyed we asked to be compensated... Which we were not!

I used this bus 2 times and had a great experience. 3rd time however was horrible. My first mistake was tipping the guy two hundred at the beginning of the night to ensure great service. Hired to take family members from my home to an event ..... went ten mins over their timeline and the driver said he needed an extra 150 right that moment ..... gave it to him. Then he was to come back from 10 to 1am to give rides back to my home. Left some guests stranded after they gave big tips. No goodbye.

Would not recommend. Booked service for our Wedding which included initial pickup of wedding party from hotel to venue and end of the night pickup to return to hotel. Promised a 24-passenger shuttle, never arrived. Owner never followed up, I had to call. Was then promised a voucher for discrepancy of service, never received it. Dishonest and disorganized. Choose a different comapny

The owner - Brian - invited me to his place to check out the limo first, have a look inside, and sign the paperwork. The entire experience was great. If you choose this company, request John as your driver - he was very professional yet approachable/friendly. It was nice phoning a company that actually picked up the phone rather than having to call repeatedly, talk to their voicemail, or send an email...

Sorely disappointed

When the contract was first being arranged and formalized this company - and owner - was very professional and responsive. However, upon the day of the event multiple items that were outlined in the contract were absent from the limo - 2 bottles of champagne, soft drinks, a 'just married' sign, and ribbon. The only excuse given was the absence of the champagne and the excuse was that 'they had a big party the night before who drank all of their champagne". After the event a keepsake was forgotten in the limo. Again, multiple people on numerous occasions called the owner (who is the only contact information provided) to inquire after the item and each time were either ignored or were told that he 'didn't have time to check all the limos" and that "the current clients were more important". A very nice appearance upfront, but unsatisfactory delivery and absolutely terrible after the business was 'concluded'. Do not use this company if you want things to go off without a hitch!
