    Aqua Guard saved ...

    Aqua Guard saved my house after a string of really bad contractors tried to fix serious flooding in my basement. I am very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of waterproofing. Thank you!!!

    not happy

    I previously wrote a review on this company last year when our basement water proofing was done because they asked me to. I really should have waited until the following spring when our basement leaked again. Yes they came back with attitude and slapped some more membrane on the wall and tar all over the area that we had cosmetically had parged and made promises to come back to fix it. Well they don't return my messages and have not come back to fix up there mess. They left half the sealing strip hanging there. I contacted 5 other contractors to inquire if the job aquaguard had done was done correctly and they all told me the same thing. That it was not . We put a lot of money in to finish our basement believing the promises that Phil and Freda made that it would never leak again. I wonder how many other people would like to come back and retract their review. I would not recommend this company. Phil is not around to supervise his workers to make sure the job is done right and when you confront them they turn into hot heads. Attitudes change once your money is in their hands.

    Basement foundation repair

    Freeda and boys from Aquaguard were very knowledgeable and did a great job on my foundation. Had seepage in my basement in the spring. They dug up the whole side and corner to expose any deficiencies. Unfortunately there was nothing revealed. They also applied tar and some delta membrane to waterproof it. They also changed the weeping tile and added some stone for better drainage. Came with a five year warranty which I feel I won't need to use due to their thorough work. We'll find out this winter!
