Purolator

Always a good time when Allen comes around, most positive (and comical) man you'll meet. Huge fan of Purolator specifically because he will make your day. Thanks for making it easy!:)

I was so pleased with how Purolator handled my business. They were so quick in picking-up the packages that I had labeled, and they successfully arrived in plenty of time at the receiving end! I have used them quite a few times since moving to Cornwall, and was satisfied each time. Perhaps a big part of the problem is whether "we", the customers, are patient or grateful?

left a 2500$ computer with everything on the box clearly marked 3 feet from the sidewalk in the snow, didnt knock, didnt mark the time of delivery. I think the deliver driver was probably going to contact a accomplice to come steal it if i hadnt heard them literally drop the box outside

I am another disappointed Amazon client with Purolator... and have a Prime account. I was called up in the evening by Purolator, the day the delivery was to be made (a book I need for work) - told that my address here in Cornwall does not exist (house has had same LARGE number since 1933).Perhaps due to the way the sun was in sky or how under the weather the driver of the truck (it was Monday) what was ordered 5 days ago .. its lost in space somewhere in small town Cornwall. FAIL!!!

Amazon sent me an email with a Purolator tracking number so that I would be able to track my parcel and know when to expect delivery of it. Purolator gave me a delivery date so I stayed home all day in anticipation of the delivery. As the parcel had not been delivered by 8:00 PM on the day Purolator promised it would I phoned them only to be told that the delivery date was wrong and that I would receive my parcel 3 days later. Their only excuse was they just had so many parcels.
