I’ve been using the team at Dream Lawn for 7 years now and every year I’m continuously impressed. I’m admittedly a fickle guy and come up with some pretty out there ideas but they always make it happen and usually add in a creative element I didn’t think of. The job is always completed within budget and in a timely manner. I personally dealt with the owner, Rob mainly and he was friendly and accommodating. Singed a contract, did not show up. Abused his customer the worst possible words, threatened to vandalize their property. All in writing, on text message. Now posted a review pretending he is a customer.
Been with these guys for 10 years now, and have never let me down. Always show up, and do a good job!
Based on these (limited) reviews I singed up for snow removal and 2 grass cuttings in October. Nice guy, came cut the grass soon after. Never showed up again, I called, he came with a strange excuse that he is waiting for leafs to fall, but will do next week, called next week, said he will do it, did not show up, called again.... I paid to be reduced from the best award winning lawn to the most neglected lawn on the street. Every day for weeks I came home, hoped my grass would be cut, wasn't.
