Terrible Service
Jim from Al's Roofing called and let me know they would be there on a specific date, weather dependent. Jim recommended that we shouldn't be in the house because of the noise. The date rolls around, and the weather is beautiful. No one shows up, even after boarding our dog so that she wasn't traumatized by the noise. After calling, they told me that they were backlogged from another job, and they wouldn't be able to come until 4 days later. When I asked to cancel, there was not a word of apology or attempt to keep my business. They just cancelled.
