    Fix It Again Sam used some creativity to diagnose and fix a shorting problem in my beloved 26 year old rechargeable B+D mower. There was a bit of a wait but they are small and busy and did it in the time frame they gave me. Nice folks too.

    I was pretty disappointed! I left my kitchen aid stand mixer and was told it would take about 3 weeks. When 3 weeks had passed, I stopped in to see what was happening. They hadn’t even looked at it yet!!! After vague comments that they would get to it in the next couple of days, I left with mixer in hand. This used to be a reliable place. Too bad.

    BEWARE This Vendor!

    Took in my power washer for repair in early July, called twice to follow up, 'We haven't gotten to it yet'. Finally went in second week of Sept to rescue unfixed washer, found they had trashed it as I 'had not replied to four calls giving quote'. To the wrong number of course. I am in phone book, am easy to find, and I've had the same phone for forty years, so I'm pretty sure I gave it to them correctly. Note usual period for unclaimed goods is ninety days, not five weeks! If you use these people at all, do so with extreme caution.

    Actually, the pressure washer was left in our store for several months and we did not know that we were leaving messages at the wrong number, so there was no reason for us to check the phone book. Also during this period, the customer never contacted us. As it turned out, the customer did contact the manufacturer who in turn questioned us about the problem. The result is that they supplied the customer with a new pressure washer. On a pesonal level, I regret the incident and I am sorry for the inconvenience to the customer.Having been in business for 33 years, I'm happy to say that I have thousands of satisfied customers and I am experiencing a second generation of customers. I invite the author of this complaint to come in and I will do my utmost to change his opinion of us.
