Very nice and helpful staff. All doctors are good and helpful. Dr. Menhel is the best. He is personally concerned about his patients health issues. He doesnt prescribe unnecessary medication. Dr. Rassam is also very nice and very knowledgeable. He is very good and friendly. We are always welcomed by a friendly smile and nice attitude of the reception girls.

Excellent staff who has taken great care to get me to an elevated state of health.

I am so happy to have found this practice. Our GP left suddenly and we were quite concerned about finding not just a doctor but a great doctor. We did indeed find that. They partner in your care with you and they listen. Very clean , very professional. I am a manager in health care and I am so impressed with the professionalism and courteous manner in which the girls at the front desk work. They are absolutely amazing ALL OF THEM. I would recommend this practice to anyone. 100 STARS !!!!!!

Love Dr. Menhel, he always listens and cares about any concerns. Does not force antibiotics like other Dr. I have seen. Never rushed me out the door. Girls in the front are nice, professional as they should be.

Absolutely terrible!!! Would not recommend to anyone the doctor doesn’t care about anyone but his pocket doesn’t treat his patients very good and he’s very disrespectful towards his patients and treats them as if they were nothing to him I brought my family there for check up he didn’t do a proper check up he described them medicine without checking up on them properly.. I’ve never experienced a terrible service like this.. Never coming to this location again.

Fletcher medical centre is hands down the best medical centre I have ever been to. The receptionists are absolutely amazing and so are the doctors. I always feel welcomed and feel as though I can talk to any of the doctors anytime about anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer any family or friends to this place. Try it out

Doctors are good. But I agree with most of the people here that Front office staff is rude. May be not everyone. But particularly one or two girls. They treat us as If we have come to trouble them :-) Its very hard to book an appointment over the phone. Im not sure how the line can be this busy as the clinic is not busy compared to other clinics in the area. But I love the staff from their other location - Hamilton Care Medical Center. Very professional and Friendly. Too bad its not closed by

my husbnd stopped in 2 months ago left his name and phone number as they were accepting patients still waiting for a phone call Thet told him they would call in few days

I waited an hour and a half for no reason, just to tell me im fine

support staff and phone system is horrible.

I would recommend this centre to everyone. The admin assistant is absolutely awesome. If you have a problem with them you may have to look at yourself, if your pleasant and friendly they will be but if your rude well you get what you give. The doctors have all been so helpful and have aided in my health issues in a matter of a few months as opposed to my old family doctor of 30 years. The pharmacists is top notch he also goes out of his way to be helpful. All in all they are the best.

The doctors are very nice, and every time I've gone, there has only been a minimal wait time. I would definitely recommend this medical centre for those reasons. That said, I agree with the other person who commented on the front desk staff. I don't find them to be friendly/welcoming at all. I know people aren't at the doctor's office looking for a good time, but they (the front desk staff) could try to make it more pleasant at least.

I found the doctor and front staff - the weekday receptionist, to be friendly, helpful and caring - 100% better than my old doctor and the front desk staff. It was nice to be able to walk in and not have to wait ages before you were seen. I would recommend this medical centre to anyone looking for a new doctor.

AMAZING CENTRE!!!...

AMAZING CENTRE!!!! I didn't have to wait an hour to be seen and the doctor was extremely easy going. The pharmacist was also very nice and accommodating. The young woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful unlike my previous dr office. The whole experience made me sign up with their practice for my family including extended family. I can't comment on the dental because they weren't open at the time but I will definitely check them out :)

A nice clean new business,good doctor ,but the front desk help they need to work on their customer service skills ,I know we all need a doctor but they need us as well ,a smile , a please or thank you will go a long way to put you at ease , If I will talk to my customers the way the young lady talked to me they will never call me back
