    I could not find my lids to have the septic emptied and Mr. Munro spent a long, long time explaining where they could be, why and how to prepare the site before and after. He cleaned the tanks out the day after I found the sits and then spent time describing what they found. They were very polite and had a lovely customer service model. Highly recommend
