Avoid them! Lousy service- more than full price.

Summer 2010, We rented a pontoon for 3 days. The pontoon had torn seats and looked run down. At the shop,when they tried to turn it on...it was dead (they said it was the only pontoon available). They changed a battery and managed to turn it on. We drove it to our cabin. On the way there it stalled twice. The next day, we took our two young kids and a dog for a fun tour. An hour into the ride the boat stalled again. This time, we could not turn the engine on for two hours. We were in the middle of the lake, on a hot summer day, nobody around. The kids got anxious and so did we. We tried to call Huntsville Marine for help and were not able to get through. After two hours we were able to turn it on and made it home. The next morning, we wanted to drive it back - dead again. We tried to call them, there was no answer. A few hours later, and multiple attempts (no we did not flood the engine), it turned on-we got it back, told them about the ordeal. They said they will check the boat to see if there is anything wrong. We asked for a discount - forget it!! They charged full price and added more for extra oil. This was a rotten deal. Take our advice- Try your luck somewhere else, avoid this place. What a disappointment!
