United Taxi

Worst service of any business I have ever dealt with. The female dispatcher hung up on me twice after my friend left his phone if cab 25. We were trying to solve the issue and she confirmed cab 25 had the phone but refused to return it several calls and two hours late we are now being told it will cost $30+ dollars to get the phone back. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

They are very unpleasant, dispatcher was extremely rude, not sure how she still has a job. she hung up on me multiple times. Do not take united taxi!

I give five stars to the company because it is very clean, friendly drivers and always on time.

Will not be using this cab company again. I called at 3:30 pm to pre-book a pick up for my daughter from work, requesting the cab for 5:00 pm, they did not show until 5:36 pm. When I called to inquire where the cab was I was advised there was a cab in the area and when he was done with that customer would get my daughter????? WHY DID I PRE-BOOK!!!!!

I have no complaints about united taxi...they are polite and professional. After reading negative reviews I disagree because complainers have the time to write bad reviews but these don't reflect the majority of positive experiences with united taxi service. I will always use united taxi service.

I have been using...

I have been using United taxi service for the past few years. Today to my disbelief when I called to order a taxi to pick up my ill child from school was rudely told by the call taker they do not go in the office for children! All other companies in the region go inside to get children from the office but United says it is their policy not to go inside!!! Will not use this service anymore in the future! I called city taxi to pick up my child with no issue whatsoever!
