Dr was very kind and respectful. She explained everything without making me feel like I only had 2 minutes. Best experience I've ever had at a clinic.
Doctor Lucas is awesome. Patient and caring. He listens and tells you all the facts.
It was an excellent experience. Reception was efficient and professional, and Dr Piskozub had a very kind attitude and looked after my needs exceptionally well. Its a bit far away from our home but worth the drive !
My son was seen by Dr Piskozub with complications with a high fever. While we were there my son became lethargic and unconscious for a short while. Dr Piskozub was able to bring him to and immediately called an ambulance for us. This could have went very worse had we not been there with the doctor who knew exactly what to do. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so very much..we need more doctors like you.
The front staff are polite and helpful. The Doctors are thorough and caring. We don’t have a family doctor but I can see the same Doctor when I visit. I dont mind the wait to see a Doctor because I know I will get all the time I need.
Receptionist is very rude and short when speaking with. Doesn’t eventry to make the experience more enjoyable with common respect when you’re clearly there when you’re ill and not feeling the greatest.
I have been to this clinic 3 times and have had all good experiences each time. Dr well informed being so young. Staff was cheery and welcoming.
I'd say that when a Doctor cannot help they refer Me over to emergency for which I never even thought of... Doctors here are highly educated people and even tho I felt like he'll I got in that taxi and Went straight to emerg.. Since I felt so sick I had to leave emerg untreated due to being without medications. I learned to always carry a Sleve of Medications on Me plus phone charger when ever I go out... We never know where We will end up.... Good Medical advice. Excellent Medical Care!
New owners & it shows! Very professional now, i was in & out within 35 mins & recieved better advice then what 2 other walk ins (the walk in @ richmond & victoria was 1 of them) & an emerg doctor gave. Hands down best walk in ive been to yet.
The waiting room was busy when I arrived. I didn't have to wait any longer than the duration indicated on their webpage. The staff were courteous and professional.
WORST WALK IN CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS ALL OTHER OPTIONS ARE CLOSED. They have a receptionist who barely looks like she has any experience doing a nurses job? This must be why the phone is never answered since they have her at the back doing all the "nurse tasks". Doctors are okay .. Unprofessional but nice. Place looks dirty inside and the exam rooms look like they have never been renovated. I have been trying to get in touch with this clinic but they are ALWAYS closed or simply NEVER pick up the phone, not to mention if you leave endless messages on their phone they will never get back to you. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get results back from this place and still nothing.
Unprofessional conduct - rudeness, disrespectful Giving attitude , every spoken word, mouthy. Called and ask for appointment with family doctors she said there's no longer family doctors here ,walk-in basis only. Surprised shock message of the change. Ok so, I Ask what time close at she said 7:00 (supposedly closed at 8:00 , two times a week) So went in at 6:00 and was told it is closed not taking anymore patient. I questioned her why are u guys so inconsistent and unprofessional about your work and schedule. She gave an attitude saying the doctor decided to close early. Why didn't she say that at first?!!! The service here is amazing now that it has changed doctors/owners. I found that in the past the reception was horrible. She never returned calls and was always rude and "grumpy" to the patients. But now that there is new doctors and new recpetion they seem to generally care for their patients and it is a refreshing experience. They are determined to find out what is wrong with someone and get them the help they need. You are not just a pay check or number here.
I find reception very rude, I got a message to call them I called got machine left numerous message never got the call back I did find doctors helpful this is close to my work place that is why i go there.
I found them rude, the doctor would barely listen. They obviously wrote their own review with 5 stars and didn’t even care changing their login “emourad” which prove how much they don’t care and don’t respect people.
I visited this new Clinic in the neighborhood and I had a wonderful experience. First I entered into this huge spacious foyer/waiting area and the Receptionist was very welcoming and kind and helped me out with my application. I was registered and seated. Shortly the nurse escorted me to a fully equipped exam room and took my vitals. Promptly the doctor came and was extremely friendly and kind, he assessed my case and did a thorough examination and finally prescribed me a medication and some blood tests. After few days I was feeling way better and had recovered completely from my illness. Cosy, fast( no wait-time) and reliable new Walk-in Thanks to the physicians and staff at the Huron clinic for such a wonderful experience. BTW, they have a "safe Kids play area", Coffee/refreshment area and TV available
