Friendly staff but seemed a little rushed and rough. Big bruising on my arm from drawing blood. Never seen it like that before. See picture yikes!

Excellent service. The ladies there are doing a wonderful job!

My mom and I had the most worst experience ever. We got there at 9am and took 3hrs wait. They may have lots of people during the weekend which we may understand. The first time and the worst experience I had with the male nurse called Russell, both my mom and I felt the disrespectful and the worst manner we saw at a blood work clinic. During the blood work he done for me, he got the tape stick on cotton and couldn't stick on skin, he threw the cotton on the floor with a very rude attitude.

This place is a shame for Gamma Dynacare! franchise- I am not sure why the staffs are so lazy and don't care style. Is it they are not trained well how to care for patients or is thats how the whole gamma dynacare works - the receptionist and other staff are more busy on their cell phone or their personal business than taking care of the clients for whom they are hired for . Lacks of proper supervision - This very much reflects on the management- Worst lap! & staffs-needs immediate improvements
