Terrible experience!

We were originally seated at a table that was tucked away in a corner. Seeing that many similar size tables were available we asked if we could be seated at another table. The staff was very obnoxious and was huffing and puffing while setting up the table, then complained loudly and made some very rude comments before she left us. The wait for the food was over 40 minutes. When they finally arrived we were not happy with the quality of most of the food with the exception of egg tarts. We decided to talk to the manager and it turned out that the manager was the owner. At this point I wasn't even surprised when instead of listening to our concerns the owner cut us off and made excuses for everything. We left wondering what had happened to a once good restaurant but feeling certain that we would never return nor would we recommend it to anyone!!
