    they never answer the phone...1 month and I dont know the status of the repair. Samsung manufactures warranty :( centre

    Bad experience

    Horrible experience. The customer facing assistant is obnoxiously rude and does not know how to properly treat customers. The technician is not well qualified either and they kept my Sony TV unrepaired for 1 whole month, eventually returning unrepaired saying they couldn't procure the parts (my TV was barely 2 years old). They need to learn escalation and how to nicely handle customers.
