I needed an HRV taken down. Everyone I called had More than a 2 wk wait. An Oria rep was at my house within 2 hours and removed the HRV and did a furnace inspection for less than what other companies were charging just for the service call. He was kind, respectful of my house, explained everything and allowed me to text him any questions and they were answered immediately. He was one of the best contractors I have hired during the 20 yrs I have lived in my home.
