Worst place ever. Screwed up our order, gave us breaded chicken when we ordered spare ribs. Kept hanging up on up on us and refusing to fix the problem, even after we came into the store. Worst customer service ever. Food isn’t even good. Had to waste our time and money to come to the store to fix the problem. Still charging us for the replace. Worst Chinese food ever.

I wasnt able ro visit the location in person, however the correspondence over the phone and courtesy was amicable for a four star rating on atmosphere. I didnt feel rushed even though I had many questions before and while placing my order and hope to bring my family into the restaurant to dine next time so we can honestly give five stars all across the board. The meal was delocious! Full, happy, satisfied family! Thanks for a great meal!

New China now Never China

ordered the dinner for 4 A or B ; there wasn't even enough beef for two; the lo mein was sticky with no sauce/ the extra order of garlic ribs tasted like boiled pork with broth not a black bean gravy. Called to complain never got a response or any offer of anything . Off my list and we live nearby was always a go to restaurant.

The food is pretty good for Chineze food in Niagara Falls and you get more you can eat. If you want good Chineze go to Calgary Alberta.
