Got Abdomen ultra...
Got Abdomen ultrasound done and a chest X-ray on the same day, A week later went to doctors to get results and the ultrasound results have disappeared. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN... X-ray results were sent but when called and asked for Ultrasound said I never got them done...pretty sure I remember getting cold jell put on me and scanned.
