I have never met anyone so honest and helpful !!! Raffi, the owners son came by , fixed the issue i had with my central vac in seconds and when asked what I owe him, he said, nothing!! He could have easily charged me a service call but he didn't! I am so impressed and will be telling all family and friends about what a wonderful company this is!!! PLEASE USE

I've been going to this family run business for many many years and can tell you they are amazing for both sales and service to their products when required. You couldn't have a better place for vaccuums in your back pocket.

York Appliance Service, just gaine another satisfied client

I walked into York Appliance service with my vacuum cleaner that needed service. A very pleasant gentleman who was dealing with another client asked me to wait a couple of minutes. Once he was free, he took the unit apart, cleaned it, made sure it is working ( a pencil was lodged in the hose), and then refused to charge me. Well, this is something you do not see every day. After all, he spent about 15 minutes with me, while other clients walked in, he has an overhead to take care of.

I had an excellent experience with York Appliance. They sent my broken vacuum to the manufacturer. In a very short time I got my repaired vacuum and I did not have to pay anything. Nice and friendly people.
