First of all I Would like to Thank Infinity Limousine. Jason & his staff were amazing. We had a Corporate function in Ottawa. We Rented 4 Cadillac SUVS. For a 5 days I have to say the Service was perfect. I Highly Recommend Infinity Limousine. Thank You Again. Sincerely, Aly

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not only was the service awful but it got even worse when I tried to express my concerns with the owner. Instead of listening and demonstrating some professional customer service, he accused me of wanting a "free limo ride" and went on to accuse the kids of damaging the vehicle. I have not seen the likes of such an unprofessional business approach!

You have put your reviews on 3 places. I appreciate your concern. Yes you wanted a free Limousine ride. You even told me on the phone. Many times. Where not in business to give free limo rides. Your kids damaged my Limo. I was nice enough not to charge you the amount. However we have done over 50000 rides in the last 10 Years. Never we had a client talk bad about our company like you did. However if all you said was true you wouldn't let your kids get into the limo.
Wonderful experience! We had the white limo driven by Armando and we could not be happier. Jason made sure we were taken care of right from the start and we had VIP treatment. Highly recommended
I rented the pink limo from infinity limousine and i have to say that I'm really impressed with the car and the service. The limo was beautiful, pink in and out and my daughter was really happy at her prom. I would rent from them again.
