Ok ok.. so I know every business is on high alert with sanitation and cleanliness. I’ll admit, I was nervous for my appointment this morning after hearing more than one nail salon in Ontario had reported spreading COVID amongst their clients. I felt nothing but comfortable at @tk_nailsandspa . Everything was spotless, sneeze guards up, stations 6+ feet apart, everyone in a mask, disinfecting each station after client (including inside the UV lights) were just some of the things I noticed around

Great customer service. My mom and I both go there and love it! Always get what we ask for and they are always so nice. Highly recommend

Not recommend

After going here a few times to get my eyebrows waxed, I thought I stick to this place, but that's not the case anymore. After going here yesterday, I left with my eyebrow really sore and in pain, today, I see a huge piece of skin missing underneath my eyebrow. I can feel it already scabbing and I have to apply polysporin so hopefully it does not scab and scar. Extremely upset and angry as seeing I had the expectation I wouldn't be losing half the skin under my eyebrow due to a faulty, and lack set of skills. It is still sore, very red and obvious, and not to mention bruised. Took pictures and will be going in again to see exactly what I will be given in return for losing a majority of my skin underneath my eyebrow. Would not recommend anyone to trust this place nor its 'certificates'.
