    Great service. They could not fix my situation but I received great advice and quick service. I will keep them in mind for the next time I need cell phone service.

    Installed an infe...

    Installed an inferior product which failed immediately and took zero responsibility for it, instead calling me a liar. My screen started crumbling within hours of being installed. The owner then said I had dropped it, which I had not, and refused to take any responsibilty for his product, indeed, he closed early when I said I was coming by. I am out $150 and do not have a functional phone, plus was very insulted by his behaviour.

    Having lost my ph...

    Having lost my phone, decided to buy a new phone from Rogers and in recommendation, took it to Joe Mobile to have it unlocked. I paid for the service and was told the code would be sent to my sisters phone. The day came and went and despite chasing them on numerous occasions, was being told they were trying but finding it difficult to do. A week later, was being told it may take another week. Such a simple service could not be carried out but more surprising, was the poor customer service.
