I've been to the Bank St location multiple times and had a good experience each time. However, I have to give a particular shout out to Margie, the tech who saw me most recently. She was so kind, friendly, still professional - really lovely and highly recommended.

They were 30 minutes late to see me for post-miscarriage check-up. Left me in the waiting room the whole time to watch all other expecting couples happily going in/out of their appointments on schedule and going on with their day. Perhaps it was the stress of waiting there empty, perhaps it was the hormones kicking in, but it literally brought me to tears. I gave two stars as they managed to get me an appointment rather quickly, even though it seems I was perhaps overbooked.
