    Great Price, Quality and Customer Service

    I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. I will recommend this business to friends and colleagues in the industry and I will surely return for my next project.

    Suburban Glass

    I had contacted many glass places for a simple repair and most quoted me outrageous charges. Surburban Glass not only quoted a reasonable price, they were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, and called to make sure I was still available when I said I would be. In addition, the workman, John, was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. I hesitated to call them because of the previous comment, but now I'm so glad I did. I gave them rough estimates of the size of glass, and they did the finishing measurements. I'm so pleased with the final result, and the way in which I was treated. Very happy to recommend them!

    Go anywhere else

    They didn,t cut glass properly and would not accept responseability Was forced to pay for new piece that was properly cut. Will take any future business elsewere. Will make sure to spread the word.

    This customer supplied us with the incorrect size and wanted to trade his piece for a new one. based on the fact that the glass is custom cut out of sheets the piece was then useless. The customers supply us with their sizes and we write them on the bill and give them a copy. If the size doesn't match the bill the we change the glass hassle free.
