Centenary After Hours Clinic

Poor management and rude receptionists! The waiting is brutal. Everybody there is so rude, acting as they own the place. The doctors are nice, but what a shame they have such low class Staff.

I have visited this after hours clinic many time and it was ok. However, on Oct 31 I pre register to take my 2 days daughter for check up, the elderly lady at the front desk was disrespectful, reckless, manner less, and rude toward my little 2 years old. After waiting for 1 hour, she cancelled my 2 days old baby appointment and I have to reregistor and wait for 45 mint again..she does not have curtsy nor respect for 2 days old..very disappointing.. I will never visit this clinic again.
