Service Master Restore

An absolute NIGHTMARE company to deal with, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. A restoration that was estimated to take 3 months was drawn out to over 6 months. Weeks went by where no one showed up to do any work. They caused a SECOND LEAK that had to be fixed and additional restoration work was required. The controller, and front admin staff IGNORED our concerns, EVADED our calls, and when we finally got her on the phone she immediately HUNG UP the phone when she realized it was us calling. AVOID SMR!!

The service we received for Service masters was horrible. we had to wait a week while they did asbestos testing because they would not believe our report. Then they removed the whole ceiling and a month later they are still not here to do the repairs. After several phone calls they send me a bill for the deductible to pay before they start repairs. Really poor service.
