I've rented from this company for years, they are very efficient and timely when it comes to maintenance, the maintenance team is always very professional and toilet, the property manager is always a call/text or email away when I need something. top-notch company!

I don't know if I've ever dealt with a property company that flat out ignores prospective renters. After months of trying to get in touch with someone simply to see if my rental application had been reviewed, I gave up. I suppose I wasn't "elite" enough for their discriminatory selection standards. It's clear this company is more interested in building their business and maximizing profits through real estate, rather than providing accessible and equal-opportunity housing for Niagara residents.

These Guys ROCK!!!

Having used other Management companies and dealing with those frustrations and ultimately losing the will to even be a landlord. These guys quickly put my mind at ease and showed me that, me delegating to WAM management is bliss. Just in there service contracts alone I was able to save MUCH more using the WAM crew. Hiring contractors my self and dealing with all the BS of finding good ones at a good price is next to impossible. You can tell these guys all want to be there and it shows in there performance.
