    Telus out of province, phoning my cell phone which is not a telus served number with dead air once I answer it.

    If I could give them no stars I would. Repeated calls at meal time, nobody on the end of the call when I answer, or someone with English as a second (or third) language. For these reasons I would not consider Telus as my service provider.

    Daily phone calls, at the same time of the day - lunch time. So far, received at least 6 calls! Extremely annoying..... Obviously, these are computer generated calls and the real person who is supposed to come on the line after the call gets picked up, is busy talking to some other poor soul, trying to sell them something they do not need or want. Needless to say, I AM SUPER ANNOYED with these calls and if they do not stop, Telus is going to lose my business, PERIOD! There are other choices...

    Got 2 calls. One hung up on me the second was terribly pushy to sell me unneeded and unwanted services. Very rude people.

    I also find the non stop repeated calls annoying. Its a pain in the ass having to repeatedly cancel the incoming calls while Im at work everyday especially. I already get email notices on whats happening regarding my telus account yet still also feeling harassed by the calls even when my account is in good standing.

    Telus, I received a call from your agent, very accented English, very difficult to understand, had to ask for a repeat almost every time he spoke. Partially my ears but mostly his accent. If Telus wants to interest me in a plan please ensure I can understand what is being offered!!!

    This was a call from a call centre in India. The first call was to sell a security system which I declined. We were called a second time. One no to this call centre should be enough! I DONT WANT TELUS HOME SECURITY.

    Keep phoning but no one there when you say hello...even when they call back almost immediately there is no one there to respond to saying hello!
