Going the Extra Mile with Customer Service

Daniel and the staff at Ideal Flooring were amazing to work with when our basement flooded. They made the extra effort and provided professional service throughout the process. Daniel even offered to make trips out to drop off samples since I have a young child and knew it would be a hassle to go to the showroom. Even though it wasn't the best case scenario to have to renovate because of water damage, I was thrilled with the customer service and product from Ideal Flooring!
