I have been a client for a very long time and I should say that the work they do is just outstanding. And yes, sometimes you do have to wait but it's worth it. Don't be influenced by the bad review, they can't accommodate everybody at the same time, specially the walkings.

I went here for UV gel with shellac. Within a week they were breaking off and not even at all. The lady also did it longer than i wanted and tried charging me to trim them. I went back to get a nail fixed 3 days after getting them on and they didnt charge- great. Went back couple days later with an appt to get another fixed- told me they cant now and to come back tomorrow. I agreed after being upset. The next day they called asking me to come the following day- i refused since i made 2 appts and

Just got back from here and I'm furious! I loved my last experience but I will NEVER go back. I went in for a refill on the extensions I got there last time. UV gel. This time they tried to tell me that I couldn't because the nails I had weren't done at their location. They definitely were. They didn't give me a new set but charged me for one, and didn't do it with the product I asked for, and instead tried to tell me the powder they used was a gel. Also happens to be the most expensive product
