McDonald’s

This store has screwed up so many of my orders I refuse to go back. They're lucky they have so many tourists visiting from the near by border crossing, because they're well known in the neighborhood for being completely incompetent. The service at this McDonald's has been slow and terrible ever since I can remember. They can't even get a drink order right. Next time I'll be happy to go a little further to get better service.

Worst location over been to in canada. Every single time we've gone here they screw the order up. Missing items, tomatoes when we ordered none on it, rotten brown lettuce, wrong birger, bigmacs wirh no meat!!! The list goes on and in.... Not just one thing but multiple.not to mention they are slow as snails! The staff is extremely rude and when you ask for your order to be corrected they snap at you as if you screwed your own order up! they have no customer service skills nor respect. This is the WORST location in all of a canada and I've been to mc donalds all the way from calgary alberta, Saskatchewan, manitoba and ontario... I would rate this location in the negatives of it was possible.

very slow

I ordered a 10 pc nugget meal and as usual the service was slow. I usually visit this McDonalds a couple times a week and the service is always slow. I was the only person in line but a dissatisfied customer came up to complain about finding glass in his food. When the server finally started to bag my food I told her that I wanted hot fries since they sat on the fries table ledge for at least 5 minutes. She told me it would take a few minutes so I said ok but the meat will be cold.
