went there to purchase a cellphone case. the store operator wanted $45 for the case if I bought it then but if I came back when I told him I was going to shop around the price would be $55. I left and bought the same case online and had it delivered for $19.95

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** I brought a cellular phone to them that needed repair and unlocking. Two weeks and $150 later, I get it back still not working. I return the next day for a refund which was promptly refused. Their counter clerk accused me of tampering with the phone and said she would not give a refund. She then called mall security when I said that I would not leave without my money back. When mall security arrived, they told me that they get called there 3 times/wk for the same thing.

Have been to the store for two different issues and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Although recently they were unable to fix my phone, I was able to purchase a phone for a very reasonable price. They were able to cut and shave my SIM card to fit the phone, which enabled me to keep my previous plan with Public Mobile. If I had to change providers I would be paying a lot more for that plan. They also retrieved my information and set everything up for me on the new phone.

I have dealt with this company twice in the past 3 months and have found their service to be excellent. I needed two different repairs needed for my phone and am so relieved not to have to buy a new phone. It was a very cost effective option to deal with the helpful staff.
