    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Purchased an item with free shipping as stated in their promo. After I purchased the item online and checked out, a rep contacted me the next day for additional shipping charges cuz their website did not generate shipping charges. I responded that your website clearly states free shipping or else I should have been charged during checkout. Clearly their free shipping promo is wrong or there checkout process is erroneous. Don't think their rep cared. Instead for $23, they lost a customer & a sale

    took a quick cut ...

    took a quick cut here to be looked at for back firing and to have the carb cleaned, after 4 weeks and 5 phone calls, no one had called us back. The last time I had to call 2 times and get names for anyone to take me seriously, they found my item and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO IT! the person I talked to claimed to be the manager but had no idea why and was not interested in taking responsibility for my complaint or the actions that had unfolded up to that point.

    worst shopping experience

    I found a Dewalt cordless drill less 20 buck by other HW stores was the reason for driving there. I found the item description in the invoice is different after I have paid. So I asked the cashier if he could verify by double checking in the kiosk. He was reluctant to move away but anyway he went and let me know that it was the same. I returned a minute later to the shop since I do not feel comfortable if I could return the item later. The same cashier suggested me to the customer service. The ware house wasn't too busy and only one customer in the booth. I indicated to customer on the same concern. He started to being impatient and I accompanied with him to the Dewalt booth just to confirm if I have bought the correct item indicate on the invoice. He swear on the way and never appeal to be helpful. This store is full of dissatisfy customers as well as staffs. You have to prepare for pick up,pay and go. I never will return or suggest anyone to visit or purchasing from them..
