    GREAT EXPERIENCE

    I can't even begin to tell you how great my experience was. After my first accident they made it so easy, they offered to bring the rental car to me, they contacted my insurance company, they handled every detail, efficiently and with a smile. Would recommend this Rental Company to anyone.

    This is the absolute

    This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. They are rude, sketchy and terrible to deal with. Worst customer service I've ever had. NEVER rent a car here. Ever.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE

    these people provide the most horrible customer service. they will rent you a car any time of the day or nite BUT for you to be able to return that car it must be within their regular business hours, which are the same hours as any working person. Closed on weekends, no key drop box. They will absolutely not work with you to make returning the vehicle convinient for you. Instead they will make threats and try to charge your credit card ahead of time even if you do not authorize the charge. Most horrible service and business. STAY AWAY.
