I’m giving the clinic 3 stars because Lorena is the best. However, I received a call at 5:30pm on a Friday telling me that I needed to see the doctor to discuss my first trimester ultrasound. Not only am I now not going to be able to sleep from stress this weekend (because the extended hours staff could only book a Monday appointment even though I went in in person and begged to get ANYTHING). I had gone in 2 days before and they couldn’t find my ultrasound results which I had done two weeks ago

Front desk staff are defensive and often make things more frustrating and harder rather than being empathetic and helpful

Dr. Mazurek is the best. He is a caring doctor. Front desk staff are on the ball. Two thumbs up

Dr Kennedy & Dr Mazurak are some of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors in town. If I could give them a thousand stars I would!!

Have had my test results for a week and have refused to give them to me. Keep giving me the run around.

This is the worst...

This is the worst Walk-in Clinic I have ever been to. 3 times there never got to see a DR. Closes when they feel like and often won't accept walk-ins after a time of the day they see fit. Lights are on open sign blinking nothing getting done. Useless place. Better off going to ER. And front staff are RUDE,

The employees the...

The employees there are absolutely ridiculous! I visited the clinic on December 23rd at about 4pm. I was told the doctor was done for the day but that I should return on the 24th between 10am and 1pm. I did just that, I got to the clinic just after 11am. I was again told by one of the receptionist that the doctor would not see additional patients (there were 2 patients in the waiting room). I reminded her of what she had told me the day before but to no avail. Needless to say I will not be going there again.
